Each project unfolds through a guided approach that prioritizes understanding how you live, how your home functions, and how the space should ultimately feel.
Initial Inquiry
Every project begins with an inquiry.
We gather an understanding of your home, scope, timeline, and vision. This step allows us to thoughtfully evaluate the project and ensure alignment in approach and expectations.
Discovery Call
Following your inquiry, we begin with a conversation to understand your project in greater depth.
This discussion focuses on how you live within your home, the nature of your spaces, and the overall direction you envision. It is an opportunity to explore whether the project is the right fit for a collaborative design engagement.
In Home Design Consultation
The design consultation is a focused, in-depth meeting held within your home or project site.
During this stage, we review architectural plans where applicable, walk through the space, and discuss spatial flow, functionality, and design intent. This conversation forms the foundation for how the interiors will be developed, establishing the scope and budget for the project.
Concept Design
The design direction takes shape based on our initial discussion. We create concepts to communicate the intended aesthetic and atmosphere, assemble material palettes presenting options for finishes and textures, and draft schematic floor plans proposing spatial arrangements and flow. These visual tools allow you to experience the emerging design and provide feedback before we commit to detailed specifications.
Design Development
The approved concept is developed into detailed plans ready for execution. We finalize all material and finish selections, specify each piece of furniture with exact sources and dimensions. Elevations illustrate how all elements come together in space. By the end of this phase, every aspect of the design is fully designed and documented and ready for procurement.
Collaboration & Execution
For projects involving renovation or construction, we work closely with architects, builders, and trades to ensure the interior vision is carried through with clarity and precision.
Our role is to maintain design integrity throughout the process, ensuring alignment between concept and execution at every stage.
Furnishing & Final Layering
The final phase brings depth, warmth, and refinement to the home.
Through furnishings, textiles, lighting, artwork, and finishing details, the space is thoughtfully completed to feel balanced, lived-in, and complete.
Our commitment continues beyond project completion. We Provide you with a closing binder upon the close of every project for care and warranty information on everything.
